Development Description
A new phase within an established development, located in La Cala de Mijas, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, with a perfectly connected location close to everything you need.
Phase III introduces a collection of detached villas and townhouses, surrounded by nature, as well as a new range of communal areas designed for the wellbeing of residents throughout the community.
The new three-bedroom townhouses bring the kitchen, dining and living areas together in a single open-plan space on the entrance level, while the three bedrooms are privately arranged upstairs. Gardens of up to 80 m², direct street access and a private road ensure an easy everyday lifestyle, surrounded by pine trees and just a short distance from the pool.
In addition, 30 detached villas are arranged across four different levels of the hillside, following the natural slope of the terrain. Their stepped design follows the ridgeline, creating an architectural silhouette that integrates naturally into the landscape.
The villas feature 3 bedrooms, 2 parking spaces per property, between 145 and 230 m² of interior space, and between 200 and more than 600 m² of total built area.
The development is set within the Mediterranean pine forest of El Chaparral. The architecture follows the topography of the land, opens up to natural light and breezes, and adopts a roofline inspired by the movement of the pine canopies. Rather than imposing itself on the landscape, each home becomes part of it, creating a development in harmony with its natural surroundings.
