Each city launches with a specific area rather than a whole map. That's deliberate — our local partners know these streets, not just these cities. What draws buyers to each one differs too, and it's worth knowing before you register.

Properties in each new territory go to our registered list before they appear anywhere else. In Marbella last year, the three best-priced apartments in a single release were reserved within 48 hours of that email going out — all to people already on our list.

What doesn't change
The way we work is the same whichever city a property sits in. Every buyer goes through the same buying process we use in Spain today, with the same legal checks and the same banking partners handling mortgages for overseas buyers. If you're selling rather than buying, our selling your property service opens in Barcelona, Madrid and Valencia at the same time as the listings do.
