3.Under floor heating. Two separated circuits, with individual temperature. Pumped by hot water, it can be open-closed at each room, including the bathrooms.
4.Central air-conditioned. Each floor has its own equipment. The upper floor has a new top brand unit.
5.Good quality aluminum doors and windows, with double glazing systems.
6.Wooden floor on the bedrooms level.
