We at AlNouri Group are acutely aware of the disruption caused by Covid-19 and are therefore doing our utmost to adapt to this worldwide health emergency situation, so that we can return to normality as soon as possible.
The Coronavirus pandemic has shocked the world, showing us that we are not invincible, and our societies are fragile. Over the course of the next months, our lives will definitely change. The way we interact socially, on a daily basis will be affected for the years to come. Eventually we will start to get our normal life back, but that might take a while. At AlNouri Group, we want to remain positive and therefore while our offices are closed, our whole team is working from home. We are still unsure how this pandemic will affect the real estate market in Malaga however we firmly believe that demand will not decrease but increase.
In the last weeks we have seen consolidated financial markets tumble to the uncertainty of COVID-19. The volatile situation of most stocks unfortunately have resulted in the devaluation of stocks for investors without any views on recuperating this in the short term. Real Estate devaluation is generally a slower process; however, many investors are turning to real estate as a safe haven for their capital. Real Estate offers a stable value for longer periods of time, with positive yields. This is true for most European Capitals.
In addition to that of above, central banks are lowering interest rates to historical low figures. Enabling investors to access cheaper finance. This converts into an astronomical (unprecedented) injection of money into the economy.
